Shipping and delivery policy

Nothing is shipped. GranthaSetu is an online service: everything you buy is delivered electronically, in your account on this website. No physical goods are sent and no shipping charges apply.

When you receive it

• Standard: the book's pages are read as a batch — usually within a few hours, and at most 24 hours after you send it.
• Express: pages are read one at a time and the book is usually ready sooner; the expected time is shown before you send it.
• Proofreading by our team: usually within 7 days of the order; the expected time is shown when you order.
• Other files and paid extras: made within minutes of your request.

The book's page shows its progress, and the files appear there, ready to download, as soon as they are made. If a delivery is late beyond the times above, write to us (Contact us).

How long files are kept

Your uploaded PDF and the finished files are kept for 30 days after a book is finished, then deleted for your privacy and to keep storage costs low. Please download them before that date, which is shown on each book. Your bills and the book's summary are kept.
